A Registered Massage Therapist is the professional designation for a person who has trained and completed competency-based education at educational institutions recognized by the Government of Ontario, in Canada. The regulated health profession known as Massage therapy should be performed by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT or MT). Only members of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario are permitted to use the title, Massage Therapist or Registered Massage Therapist or the designation of RMT or MT.
We have fully licensed and professional Registered Massage Therapists and Registered Acupuncturists at Trusted Caring Massage. Whether you are coming in for massage therapy or acupuncture, you should be confident that you will in good hands!
We encourage our customers to make an appointment prior to every visit. You can either use our convenient online booking system or simply give us a call to secure your spot.
Walk-in service may be available depending on the availability of our therapists.

Yes, we have cancellation policies at Trusted Caring Massage. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment with our massage therapists (or Trusted Caring Massage), please contact us by phone at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If your cancellation is not notified or confirmed within 24-hour time frame or you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full cost of the service as booked.
Yes, we provide direct billing to most insurance companies, for example, Great West Life, Canada Life, Sun Life, Manulife, and Green Shield. For a full list of companies that we can directly bill to, please contact us.
Please be sure to ask your insurance provider whether your massage therapy (or part of it) is covered by your health plan before receiving a treatment. Client is responsible for payment of the fees associated with your service from Trusted Caring Massage, regardless of coverage granted by a benefits provider.
If your insurance company is not set up for direct billing with Trusted Caring Massage, or direct billing system is unfortunately down/unavailable during your visit at Trusted Caring Massage, please be prepared with an alternate form of payment. A receipt will be provided and signed by our RMT that treated you after your treatment. You may use the receipt to arrange for reimbursement with your insurance company. Trusted Caring Massage will not be responsible for your eligibility or process of reimbursement from your insurance company. Please contact your insurance company about your reimbursement details and process.
Currently we are accepting payments by cash, debit cards, and credit cards. Email transfer may be accepted. Please confirm with us if you would like to pay via email transfer prior to your service.
